When times get tough, DON'T retreat; ATTACK!
Sometimes, what seems bad at the beginning can turn out to be a good thing in the long run.
Don't get me wrong, economic pressures in the food service industry are very tough, and will probably continue to be that way for a while,
The consumer can tell if you are acting depressed, or timid, and are running your business in that manner.
Look at what some are doing:
Denny's, IHOP try to reclaim breakfast
U.S. restaurants see opportunity as rivals bankrupt
Stay strong!!
