Many things can be gleamed from this article, but specifically;

They’re not serving up what they wish America would eat when they crave a fast-food breakfast — hello, whole-wheat pitas? — but what America really does eat.

Look at what you are selling, and build upon that. The 'I wish' I could sell stuff is a waste of time.

This has been going on forever. We won't participate. It has held us back, but ultimately, doing the right thing, for the right reason, will always prevail.
